Kind Attention :All Members of BAI / All Office Bearers of BAI Centers

Centres are/will be sending membership subscription bills for the year 2008-09 (i.e. for the period 1st April 2008 to 31st March 2009) to their respective Members.

BAI Constitution provides that :

Subscription for every financial year shall be paid on or before 30th September.
Centre should send the list of such paid members to headquarters with the share of the headquarters on or before 15th October of every year.
'Patron Members' are required to pay annual subscription of Rs 200/- towards 'Indian Construction' journal.
A list of 'Patron Members' along with their subscription towards 'Indian Construction' journal should also be sent to enable headquarters to continue mailing 'Indian Construction' journal to them.

In terms of the decision taken by the Managing committee and General Council of BAI, for the sake of receiving 'Indian Construction', Patron Members will have to remit Rs.200 every year on or before 30th June and the Centres should send to the BAI Secretariat, on or before 15th July, the list of such Patron Members who have remitted Rs.200. Hence, issues of 'Indian construction' will be send only to those Patron Members who have remitted the necessary amount. Patron Members can also remit Rs. 200 directly to BAI Secretariat in Mumbai, by using the subscription form.

Similarly, as per the decision of the Managing Committee and General Council of BAI, for the sake of receiving 'Indian Construction', Ordinary Members will have to remit their membership renewal subscription, every year on or before 30th June and the centres should send to the BAI Secretariat, on or before 15th July, the list of such Ordinary Members who have remitted their membership renewal subscription. Hence, commencing July 2008, issues of 'Indian Construction' will be sent only to those Ordinary Members who have renewed their membership by remitting their membership renewal subscription.
